We do know very little about G's Incorporated as a Group. We are trying to find out more about them and update this bio with the info we get.

G's Incorporated are: Megamax, Daniel Denmark & Cedric Smith

As far as now, we know G's Incorporated released various singles including the hits "Stairway To Heaven", "Tell Me What A G Is" and "Who's Knockin'" and one album called "A Small Dedication". Their second album, "The Awakening", which was to be released via a different label never saw the light of day.

The singer Cedric Smith passed away between 2001 and 2003. He suffered for many years and ultimately lost his battle with cancer. REST IN PEACE!

Before his time was over, he recorded the "Pop Dis" song together with Euro-Rap stars Krayzee, J Double, Tek-Freq, Lamar and a few less known rappers. The song has not been released but Krayzee himself gave us a sample of this track showing a great example of unity in (European) Hip Hop.

This is what ex- 2-4 Family's J Double formerly known as Jazz had to say about the story of Cedric

"I'm sorry you guts didn't hear about this sooner. I heard about it back in '03 when I was in Germany with some dudes of mine from Queens NY thast were doing the afterparties for the Eminem and 50 Cent tour. Me and Glaze were running all around in Amsterdam with Xzibit and 50 and the whole crew wilding out. I was trying to get with them guys to do a cillabo and to find out who had the rights to the song "Do You Know What A G Is" cause a U. S. advertising agency heard me playing it in the IAR school studio and wanted to use it for a Pontiac commercial. Some dude named Jurgen from Koln told me that he had had health problems even during the G's Incorporated days and that he had passed away due to complications.

I'm going to check with my man Carlos Wind at Moment management in Koln to get a confirmation, but that was what i was told. rose Dude had a great voice, even better than Nate Dogg in that G Style sh*t and the art of music has lost another of it's uncelebrated heroes. A "POP DIS" video would definitely be a great R.I.P. for the dude. I only hung with him a few times at some of our shows, but he was a bit older that us young'uns and always had good advice and insights on what the industry was doing to a lot of us back in those days. He was a good dude and he will be missed by us all."
